Educated as an architect from School of Architecture, CEPT University, Ahmedabad; Karan developed a keen interest into photography, especially the one capturing our built environments, its essence and nuances. His works lean towards capturing the characters of the space, enhancing the spatial quality by distinctive compositions. An exhibition on the Stepwells of Ahmedabad, was a stepping stone for Karan into photography. It helped him realise the symbiosis of architecture and photography.
